Per person. Our staff comes to your location and prepares our eggs benedict creations. Requires 2 staff persons per 40 guests add $150 for a 90 min event. This station must be purchased as part of a larger breakfast or brunch order.

Preparation choice:
Classic - canadian bacon, two poached eggs & hollandaise over an english muffin, 
Skinny - canadian bacon, two poached eggs & feta over a spinach bed
Sanfran - tomato, avocado, bacon, & gorgonzola over an english muffin, topped with two poached eggs & hollandaise
Crabby - 2 maryland crabcakes topped with two poached eggs & hollandaise over a spinach bed (+$4)
