Grille History Bill & Effy Marvelis, Owners 
Sunshine Grille, formerly the old Fork Deli & Bakery, opened its doors for casually, elegant dining April 14, 2006.Owners, Bill and Effy Marvelis, are a husband-wife team with over 25 years experience serving up delicious Greek fare and American favorites, like salads, signature subs and sandwiches, soups, baked potatoes stuffed any way you choose, platters, dinner entrees, and fresh dough pizza. The Grille lives up to its sunny name with sand-colored tile floors, white tile-topped tables, amber walls and faux tiffany ceiling lamps. Enjoy an alfresco meal with sunny views dining out on the covered patio for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. And with dinner, be sure to bring your favorite bottle of wine to pair with your entree, with choices ranging from Greek Steak to Seafood Alfredo, or try our Signature Sunshine Chicken topped with ham, crabmeat, and house cheeses.
